You’ve probably heard this song before, but I just heard the lyrics to Relient K’s “I Celebrate the Day” and was struck by the phrase:

“And I, I celebrate the day
That You were born to die
So I could one day pray for You to save my life.”

Mmm. Good stuff.

P.S. No Move-it Monday exhortations for you this week. I’ll be hitting the gym hard Monday evening, but that has more to do with the fact that I get paid to do it than that I’m so eager to burn off all the extra calories I consumed this past weekend (even though there were puh-lenty!).

I hope you get a chance to take a deep breath, shake your shoulders out a bit, and soak in family, friends, and good food.
